Fresh Pine is a licensed and insured Idaho general contractor (RCE-69661) building and remodeling cabins across Island Park, West Yellowstone, Ashton, and St. Anthony. Our in-house crew self-performs finish carpentry, tile, framing, and site work; plumbing and electrical go to trusted local subs.

Most of our projects are vacation rentals, and it shows in how we build. We also manage and clean short-term rentals, so we know which upgrades guests pay for: bunk rooms that sleep more, bathrooms that turn over fast, and durable finishes that survive renters.
